Huddle meetings and conferencing
Phone conferencing is easy with Huddle. You can schedule and control all your conferences from the ‘Meetings’ area, invite people from within your workspace and beyond to participate – all in a single click. There are two options available on Huddle packages:
‘Pay as you go’ Huddle phone conferencing
All Huddle users on our free package or any of our paid subscriptions get phone conferencing for free! Set up an ad-hoc phone conference for your team meeting to discuss any documents that you are working on in Huddle.
Creating a Huddle phone conferencing meeting is free, but users pay call charges to access the meeting (billed by the user’s existing phone provider.) We have provided a range of simple ‘pay as you go’ numbers already in your workspace.
To quickly create one-off or recurring teleconference meetings for your team, just click on your ‘Meetings’ tab, and create a meeting. Check the ‘phone conferencing’ box, and click ‘add Huddle phone conferencing to this meeting’ and we’ll create your conference code automatically for you. You will never need to worry about losing dial-in details again.
Here’s how much you can expect to be charged by your network provider if you choose to use the phone conferencing details provided by Huddle. If a dial-in number is not listed for the country you require, please dial 0870 22 33 602 (calls charged at international rates).

Huddle does not set the cost of calls – some networks may vary from these prices – for cost confirmation please contact your network provider.
Our enterprise customers can upgrade their ‘pay as you go’ phone conferencing to our Enterprise conferencing package and get the lowest per minute rate on the market.
Enterprise phone conferencing
With this package your organisation pays the cost for users dialling in, so you can provide global toll-free numbers for your colleagues, clients or partners. If you are a regular user of phone conferencing then the enterprise conferencing version will save you money in comparison with the pay-as-you-go service.
