The position
Well-funded and growing quickly, Huddle is looking for a passionate Product Manager to join our 35-strong team at its Central London office to work closely with the Customer Service, Sales and Development teams and reporting to the VP of Product.

The job description
Product Management is two parts design to three parts prioritisation to two parts metrics. We will develop a million good ideas – but have only a finite team to build them – so which is going to give Huddle and our users the most bang for the buck?

Develop new ideas together with the whole Huddle team. Go out with sales guys and the UX team to talk to users. Find out what their challenges are and how Huddle can solve them.

Build a case for those new ideas based on KPIs. Figure out what constitutes success and how to track it. Hit F5 every 5 minutes to see new orders come through. Basically, you will obsess about metrics and tracking, and if a feature isn’t working you scrap it and start over.

You love working together with the dev team on a daily basis in an Agile environment, designing and refining as you go and really owning your product.

You fly solo but you are an excellent companion and collaborate closely with the UX and development teams. Together you iterate and improve, both old and new.

The boring bit

  • You will have at least 5 years relevant experience in a web business
  • You have significant experience being a product owner in an Agile environment
  • You will share the values associated with Agile software development
  • You will enjoy good product design and be highly skilled at it
  • You will enjoy working hands on in a fast paced environment
  • You will be driven, dedicated and motivated by constant improvement
